off cell phones and pagers.
The Spa is meant to be an escape from hectic everyday life. Please
turn off cell phones and pagers so both you and other spa patrons
can fully enjoy the peace and quiet the spa offers.
With our more personal services such as waxing and massage
we do not allow friends or loved ones (spectators) to to sit-in.
Be mindful of other guests.
Others want to enjoy the spa too! Please refrain from holding
loud conversations with other spa patrons.
Arrive on time.
If for some reason you are running late, please call and let the
spa know. Please be aware that if you are considerably late your
service may be cut short as we will likely have other scheduled
clients after you.
Canceling a reservation
Our time is our inventory. We work by scheduled appointment so
if you book an hour, it is taken off of the books for you (sold
to you). Please give the spa a 24 hour cancellation notice. Since
we work by appointment there is usually no way to rebook that
time on short notice. Each contractor has only 8 hours of inventory
per day. If you are booked and don't show or call within 24 you
will be charged.
Generally, shaving is not recommended prior to any treatments
or hair removal services. However, it is recommended that men
shave prior to a facial treatment at least 2 hours before the
scheduled appointment time.
Gratuities for services are greatly appreciated and can be either
given directly to the staff member, or extended at the front desk.
There is also a tip line on your sales slip if you are using a
credit card. Standard practice for excellent service ranges from
a 15-20% gratuity.
